2. Needle cylinder uses the special steel, which is presisely processed and high wave heat treatment. So it is durable.
3. The grear oil and the needle oil separate the lubrication in the lubrication system designs.Knitting parts are lubrcicated through oil machine spraying needle oil.
4. The control system uses exchange motor cooperating transducer control panel, whcih may accelerate. decelerte and exchange wiggly power at will.
5. The machine adopts double open width take down system cloth winder, fabrics cutting on the machine directly. Fabrics are not embeded on surface and keep smoothness. It can change the cam setting to make plain single jersey fabric, single and double lacoste mesh fabric etc.
